Tanisha Blanding has been working with the resident population for over 10 years.  She has experience with handling program planning, development and implantation of services to residents consistent with her patient's assessment plan and care plan as directed by the physician.  She is capable of handling emergency situations and is competent in all the following areas:

• Safety and Fire Prevention

• Financial and Administrative Management

• Resident Rights and privacy

• Prevention and Containment of Communicable Diseases
